It is not tolerated to bid on any brand names when directing your traffic to one of our sites. For example, these keywords would include (but are not limited to): UKStaffSearch and all misspellings.

*** USE OF URL ***
Affiliates are not allowed to send their traffic to a "cloaked" version of our site. Affiliates must not send direct traffic to our site from PPC campaigns. Using landing pages will require approval from ourselves.

*** DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY ***
Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar or misspells of our brand, any activity of this kind on the campaign will result in commissions being declined and retrieval of the domain.

*** PAYMENT TERMS APPLY***

USS (UKStaffSearch) shall every 4 weeks issue statements of the account to the affiliate for all sums due under this agreement. Such accounting shall set out all transactions and fees which are deemed valid and the amount owed to the affiliate.

Subject to the conditions of this account USS shall pay all fees due to the affiliate once the merchant has paid USS in respect of valid transactions. USS will endeavour to pay all fees to the affiliate during the month following payment by the merchant to USS. 

If USS is unable to recover sums due from the merchant then USS will not be under any obligation to pay the affiliate.

USS will have no obligation to pay the affiliate for any amounts that are under the threshold of £100. USS will retain fees on account until such times as the minimum threshold has been achieved by the affiliate.

USS reserve the right to remove and none UK activity from affiliate accounts unless permission has been granted in writing by USS.

All costs and expenses incurred by the affiliate are the sole responsibility of the affiliate and no claim will be made to USS.

All payments made are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
