At First4Free we believe that if a recruitment company is charging you rates of upwards of 30% to find you the right candidate, then they should have to prove their methods and service first. But how many recruitment companies do you know of, who will recruit for free? Building relationships in business rather than being a faceless recruitment service is key. If a customer is going to pay an additional 30% on top of a year's salary for a new candidate, then it's acceptable that they expect to be provided with a reliable service. We believe that if you prove yourself up front, with no risk to the customer, then you can start building trust straight away. The idea of First4Free is simple. Everybody is having to tighten budgets in our current climate, and recruitment is one of the first things to be effected. When we begin a relationship with a new customer we work with them for free. What does this mean? For every new hiring manager we work with we will work on their first job requirement free of charge. This gives the customer the opportunity to 'road test' our services, without any financial commitment up front, saving the customer thousands of pounds. But what's the catch? In return, we ask that the customer then gives us a further 3 roles within the next 6 months to work on. These roles will be worked on at our standard flat rate of 22% (exclusively), it is then down to us to place the right candidate! Once you have given us the 3 roles there is no more commitment to using us. Hopefully by this point we will have proved ourselves to you by providing you with fantastic, reliable service, free recruitment followed by a competitive low cost service and we can continue the relationship. Should you not pass us three new roles within the 6 months you will then be billed for the original placement. First4Free specialises in providing a personalised recruitment service, finding only the best Sales and IT skilled people, and don't believe that one type fits all. We will spend time talking to our customers first to make sure we understand their requirements and what they want out of candidate. We will then spend more time talking to our candidates to make sure they are right for you! |
