Townends is a dynamic and highly successful chain of estate agents operating primarily in London, Surrey and Middlesex with a growing presence in Berkshire and Hampshire

We are currently looking to recruit experienced Property Managers to join our busy Lettings and Management department based in our head office in Chertsey Surrey.

The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of properties. This will cover a variety of tasks from ensuring property inspections are correctly carried out to negotiating on rent renewals and increases.

The role will largely involve dealing with various maintenance issues, so a problem solving ability with prioritization skills are key.

Applicants should be excellent communicators who are confident in establishing a healthy rapport with landlords, tenants and contractors. It is imperative that candidates are able to multi-task whilst retain their professional approach.
