Customer Service / Administrator (Building Services, Asbestos, Construction, HVAC)

A leading, successful and expanding organisation within the Construction / Building Services sector is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and hardworking team.
Working in a very busy office environment, you will be responsible for: -
* Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
* Generating outbound calls to customers to organise booking workloads in
* Hitting KPI's and problem solving
* Customer Liaison (co-ordinating & booking appointments)
* Data entry and retrieval
* Adhoc Reception cover
* Candidates MUST have an impeccable telephone manner / customer service background within problem solving
* Applicants who have experience working within the Building Services, Asbestos, Construction and HVAC sector or have worked within a call centre environment will be strongly considered
* You MUST be able to demonstrate good literacy skills, the ability to organise and multi-task and enjoy working under pressure to meet strict deadlines
