Customer Sales Advisor

Main Duties:

* To understand and develop product knowledge

* To deal with customer enquiries and build a relationship with them

* Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained

* Taking inbound and outbound calls- selling, setting up credit terms

* Diary management

Key skills

* Ability to manage your work load effectively and prioritise work

* Excellent communication skills

* Insurance experience desirable but NOT essential

* Customer service experience
