Our Client:

A full time customer service role is available within our dynamic clients online bed company. They are a young, energetic company with a large focus on online commerce and manufacturing. Their natural range of handmade wooden bed frames and mattresses are all made in their own factory and they ship worldwide through their website.

They are a rapidly growing company, with exciting opportunities and have recently opened a showroom at their workshop in Blaby, which is just a few miles south of Leicester city centre.

This is a challenging, exciting yet enjoyable environment and you will work alongside a small friendly office team to aid in customer support, sales, logistics and many other general administrative office roles.The Role:

General Customer Support and Sales via Phone, Email and Face to Face in our showroom. Other administrative office roles will also be required, including data analysis. ( There is no cold calling involved - only inbound sale enquires by genuine customers )The Person:

For this role of Customer Service Administrator, Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
Have a confident, engaging, polite and clear phone voice.Good IT skills, especially data analysis using Spreadsheets – (also daily use of order management software - you will be trained to use)Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade C or above. Maths skills are necessary for the job.Good written communication skills with good English GrammarExcellent attention to detail is essentialAble to handle pressureHighly Effective time managementAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersPortray professionalism at all timesShow and use initiativeBe flexible within the role
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Services and Sales.Strong ability to analyse data (written and numerical)Supply chain experience - good understanding of Manufacting lifecycles and the use of external courier servicesYou will have a positive problem solving attitudeCommitment to the role and to providing an excellent customer experience.Be self motivated and flexible.Be willing to learn about and  promote product details, and to learn additional skills as required.Have the ability to work well with all kinds of people and as part of a team.
Also Desirable:
Previous experience using a customer ordering and data IT package
Hours: Full time: Mon-Fri, 8am - 7pm on a rolling shift basis, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm on a rotating basis, you will be given a day off in the week when working a Saturday.

Pay: £16,000 to £20,000 PA (depending on skills & experience).

Details: 28 Days Holiday.  This includes Bank Holiday working. All candidates should be over 18 and must live in the Leicester area. They must be able to easily commute to the premises in Blaby, Leicester, LE8 You can contact the Postify team if you have any questions
