Sales Executive required by our client, one of the most exciting Cloud Saas HCM solution vendors in the industry, currently growing at a rate of 1,000% and pre-iPO.
As an integral part of the Sales Team, you'll be well versed in driving customer acquisition within the cloud-based HCM/HRMS space and will be comfortable working with mid-market customers with anywhere from 500 to 5,000 employees. In return for all your hard work, you'll be compensated with a highly competitive base salary + OTE.
Sales Executive Tasks
* Engaging HR leadership to position the company within defined territories
* Work closely with the Lead Development and Marketing Team to arrange demonstrations, client meetings and solution trials
* Driving the bid process to coordinate activities from lead generation and qualification through to ITT response and commercial negotiations
* Managing internal resources to ensure competent follow through on sales opportunities
* Managing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities and ensure revenue continuity
* Working with marketing, product development and the leadership team to develop and execute new go to market propositions
* Managing a busy business development pipeline within a target-based environment
Sales Executive Requirements
* Serious drive & ambition
* A genuine inability to fail at any given task
* Previous proven experience in HCM/HRMS ideally (but not essentially) cloud/SaaS driven solutions
* Comfortable working with targeted environment
* Ability to accurately report on all activities
