This Busy Country House Hotel is looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team of 2 serving a good mix of weddings, mid-week corporate, afternoon teas, private dining, Brasserie Food & Superb Fine Dining for their 2 rosette restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for an Industry professional capable of producing good quality food and coping with the demands of a busy kitchen. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and train and inspire a junior Pastry Chef.
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef who is passionate for their craft, keen to surpass customer expectations on a daily basis and keen to develop new skills.
Live in is available if required or this position may suit someone living in the Wetherby, Leeds, Harrogate and Otley areas with their own transport.
Excellent basic salary upto £25,000 (depending upon experience)
