Sous Chef Berwick Upon Tweed upto 25K Plus Tips and possible Live In
A Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen at this superb hotel located just outside of Berwick-Upon-Tweed. The new owner has a long history as Exec Chef in rosette standard properties and is keen to increase the number of rooms and take the restaurant to 2-3 rosette level.
The new Sous Chef will need to be prepared to help kick start the business and help build the team and food offering as they push for multiple accolades.
As Sous Chef you will be very hands on with menus and one of your main tasks will be to help maintain and further build the reputation and identity of the hotel.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is enthusiastic, keen, a great team player and someone who is motivated to push standards forward.
Live in may be available if required, otherwise this position may suit anyone in the Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Eyemouth, Bamburgh, Coldstream, Wooler and Duns areas with their own transport.
Basic salary of upto £25,000 (depending upon experience)
