This breath-taking hotel, located in North Yorkshire, is currently seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade.
This property boasts 2 AA Rosettes and is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade and report directly to the Head Chef.
The property has recently been fully restored. Classic British design now meets traditional values of comfort and unobtrusive service for an elegant hotel with over 20 bedrooms, landscaped gardens and a great restaurant.
The working pattern at this distinctive is 4 days on, 3 days off on a weekly basis with overtime paid when taken.
This hotel boasts a restaurant which offers contemporary British cooking with a fine dining menu in the evenings, and also has a brasserie which is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers a daily specials board as well as brasserie classics.
The responsibilities of this Chef de Partie position will include:

- Maintaining the standards of this great establishment
- Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
- Supporting Senior Chefs
- Taking part in training and development
