1213 - General Office Administrator

LHR are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients busy, fast-paced office.

The role is looking for somebody to start as soon as possible due to the company going through a busy period. The hours for the role are 8:30-5:30 and there is an opportunity for the hours to be divided between two people as a job share.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

*Answering and directing calls

*Taking messages for other members of staff

*Filing and photocopying

*Other Admin duties as required

The successful candidate will have a clear telephone voice and have the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds, you will also have the following:

*Experience working in a busy office environment

*Confident and professional phone manner

*Excellent spoken and written communication skills

*Be well organised and have good time management skills

*Be proficient in Microsoft Office

*A full UK driving licence

The hourly rate for this role is £7.50ph and the working hours can be flexible to suit your needs. The role is temporary for a week with a view to go permanent for the right candidate.
