Description:
We have an opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner to join a forward thinking Day Nursery, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

They are looking for someone who will make a difference in supporting the teaching and learning of their children. Ideal candidates will have experience in working within EYFS and have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Child Care. In return, you will be part of a highly skilled team with excellent career progression and development opportunities throughout a long term career.

Their focus is providing a high level of care for their children, ensuring each individuals child needs are met, and are looking for someone who is going to bring that into their team.

Providing Nursery Care for 5 months - 3 years, with age appropriate rooms, as they appreciate each age is different and each room is specifically designed to ignite each child’s curiosity and facilitate development.

Their last inspection they were rated Outstanding across all five key areas! If you are looking for the right move in your career, to work in a supportive team and to share a consistent vision for the continued development of the EYFS then look no further.

You will:

• Work as part of the Nursery team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Ensure staff/child ratios maintained

• Undertake observations

• Supervise meals

• Attend and participate in training programmes

• Be a key person to a small number of children

• Ensure confidentiality is maintained

Minimum requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare

• 1 years experience in a Nursery setting

• Evidence of working within a team

• Willingness to develop

4 day week
