Full Time hours - fully flexible with when these can be worked

Salary - Competitive

Our client based in Northampton is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. A successful candidate will have experience working within an end to end payroll position with experience using Sage.

The hours are completely flexible as the last 2 weeks of the month are busier so more hours would need to be worked during this time. The ideal hours can be worked out with the candidate.

Duties Include:

* Processing and administering the end to end payroll process

* Completion of all statutory information and returns to HMRC, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy are maintained at all times

* Maintaining pension schemes

* Managing payroll year-end, generation and submission of P60's and P11D's

* Dealing with and responding to payroll queries

* Data inputting and maintaining various pieces of confidential information

* Scanning and maintaining personnel files

* Assisting in policy writing

Skills & Experience Required:

* Experience working within an end to end payroll position is essential

* Strong administrative skills

* Experience working with Sage

* Excellent time and organisation management

* Attention to detail and meticulous accuracy

* Ability to be flexible with working hours
