How you'll make a difference

Act as a creative designer for assigned projects, working independently or as part of multi-disciplinary project teams, acting as first point of contact for design-related issues on your assigned projects. Design and produce creative output as required for customer facing and internal business activities, to deliver the brief, customer experience requirements and brand core values. Deliver creative work on time reporting status and progress, and escalating issues. Respond thoughtfully to a variety of creative and production briefs through an understanding of the Camelot and TNL brands. Able to constructively discuss and critique their own and take on board feedback positively and use it to improve work for the better. What you'll bring to the table

Manage own work with deadlines in mind, proactively asking for help and support where required. Ensure all work adheres to legal, regulatory and technical standards, style guides, and processes. Print design experience. Able to fully integrate with a multi-discipline creative team, which operates in a fast paced, commercial environment. Able to work with a range of other business teams, often simultaneously, whilst facilitating robust but harmonious working processes. Must have at least 2:1 degree in design related subject and/or relevant demonstrable experience working with an in-house creative design setting Proficient in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) and other related design software. Excellent conceptual, typography and layout skills. Understands the impact of their decisions / work on business performance and customer experience. Understands (and can provide examples of) the importance of a constant review and feedback process and use of this to provide continuous improvement of output. What we’ll give you
