A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proven Installation Manager to join a super-power, rapidly expanding medical device company.

This company is genuinely going from strength to strength and can offer exciting career growth for the right individual.

This role is site based in Reading, however this can be home-based for the right individual, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Due to the growth of the company my client is seeking an experienced UK Installation Manager who will be responsible for the medical equipment installations, de-installations, design and build projects across my clients rapidly growing portfolio of managed contracts, ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed timescales, within budget and meet my client's high expectations.

You will manage the team which consists of Installation specialists, Designers and Project Managers, providing direction, support and project management guidance.

A few of the responsibilities will be:

* Responsible for cross site installation and turnkey programme

* Line management of the installation team, including Installation specialists and Project Managers

* Develop annual plans and budget with Head of Implementation and Technology to meet budget

* Excellent communication skills will be essential, as you will be dealing with NHS staff at all levels

* Attend client facing meetings and be the point of escalation for any implementation issues

* Look at developing both design and turnkey capability both within existing contracts and externally to assist Business Development and increase revenues

You will have excellent leadership, management, negotiation and verbal skills as well as having outstanding knowledge of medical equipment.
