We are on the lookout for an ambitious integrated Account Director (Client Director) to lead the development and delivery of client projects across digital, brand and employee engagement. We need to be proactive partners, there to help them become more successful and more trusted.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a complete overview of all programmes of work, acting as the escalation point for clients on how the work is progressing.
- Financial overview of the account and responsible for all forecasting.
- Innovating new added value initiatives to strengthen the client relationship.
- Leading strategic initiatives that help the RY team learn about and understand the client’s world.
- Key contributor to innovative ideas for how we can bring added value to the account.
- Leading pitches on new and existing clients.
- Cross-selling / up-selling within the account (with the support of our business development consultants).
Requirements
- A highly organised, credible and inspiring leader.
- Proven track record of client direction within a digital or integrated agency.
- A seasoned digital practitioner; experience of working on platform build, content and digital campaign projects.
- Experience in growing revenues and developing accounts.
- Commercially astute and a strategic thinker.
- Experience of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Leads by example and inspires others to provide quality experiences for every client.
- A personable, professional approach.
