The Role

We are a new start-up rapidly growing globally based in London. We are looking for a Regional Sales Director for East Europe & Middle East to join the team to drive sales, enhance customer experience and create sales channels in the region.

We will utilize MAY Cyber scopNET and scopSOC solutions in the SOC centre and expect experience on these products.

The Company

Founded in 2018, we are a developer of a new breakthrough solution in the field of "User Behaviour Analysis" and a provider of managed security services for helping organizations to overcome the challenges in managing their cyber security infrastructure.

We have created a continuous vulnerability scanning infrastructure. The cloud-based machine learning algorithm developed by our engineers minimize possible false positives and enable easier discovery of risks. Weak password discovery, malicious entries in start-up locations and unauthorized network access discovery are some of the distinctive features of our scanning technology. Generated reports are also analysed by our cyber security experts pinpointing the critical risks for the organization.

For network access we are offering an innovative agentless, 802.1X independent platform to prevent unauthorized computer access to corporate networks Our solution is the first line of defence for unauthorized network access.


• Sell industry-leading enterprise security solutions.

• Develop territory and key accounts.

• Forecast, achieve and maintain sales appointment levels, product and services sales volumes, and target margins as outlined on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Communicate value propositions to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.

• Lead and facilitate sales initiatives.

• Report on sales strategies and pipeline regularly.

• Provide input for sales and marketing materials.

• Establish, develop, and maintain successful relationships with security software manufacturers’ territory sales and account management teams.

• Provide client feedback.

• Develop new partner and distributor channels.

• Prospect for new business with new and existing customers.

• Attend industry and relevant technology events.

• Participate in industry conferences.

• About %50 of work will include international travel.

Desirable Skills

Sales experience in MAY Cyber ScopNet, Cisco Network Devices, Palo Alto, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, ArcSight, LogRhythm and Splunk.


• At least 10 years in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written form.

• Experienced in managing sales operations and managing successful teams.

• Ability to be able to strategical plan and execute sales strategy, manage document and report on sales opportunities/pipeline forecasting.

• A customer portfolio on East European and Middle East markets.

• Certified in MAY Cyber SCOPNET Network Access Control solutions.
