Care Coordinator / Care Booking Advisor - We're currently recruiting for one of the leading charities in the area who are looking for a Care coordinator who'll be responsible for the coordination of domiciliary care, booking assessments, and delivering a high quality support to families. Ideally we're looking for somebody who has worked in a domiciliary care office as a care coordinator / Scheduler previously. The Care Coordinator role
As a Care Bookings Advisor / Care coordinator you'll be responsible for the effective coordination of domiciliary care support, managing new referrals and adjusting the provision of care in response to changing customer requirements
This is an office based role, the office is open 7 days a week and you'll need to able to work every other weekend,
You'll ensure that systems reflect real time activity, that alerts by monitoring system are responded to and any unmonitored visits are verified.You'll respond to requests for new business, book in care assessments in order to assist with company growth and development.You'll ensure relevant information is shared with staff and services usersYou'll respond to any issues andYou'll create new client and staff files in the in-house systemsYou'll deal with enquiries form service users and their familiesThe Successful Candidate
You'll need experience of working in a busy social care environment, excellent administrative and organisation skills, the ability to work responsively and flexibly and understanding of systems and processes within a domiciliary care office.You'll be qualified to NVQ 2 or aboveIdeally you'll have worked as a Care coordinator before.You'll be able to work 9-5 /8-4 shifts - working 5 in every 7 days.
