Salary: up to £22,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a commercial team for one of our clients based in St Ives.
This is a permanent position with immediate start for the right person. The successful candidate
will be a team player, able to work under pressure and as part of a busy team but also able to manage their own workload.
Job Specification:
·Monitor and Prepare Accurate Monthly Rebate Statement
·Update and monitor action points in accordance with weekly conference call
·Maintain and Prepare Costing Sheets and Cost Analysis
·Attend meetings with customers
·Undertake any work-related activities as instructed to do so by the Buying Director
·Prepare, Monitor and Update NPD activity
·Prepare and Perform Associated Administrative Tasks to include New Line Forms, Contract Checking and Reconciliation, Maintaining of the Price File
·Respond and escalate promptly any anomalies found whilst undertaking administrative task
·To work collaboratively with all departments to ensure contract expectations are met
·To be able to make effective and timely financial decisions
·Accurately update and maintain customer Power Point presentations
·Ensure New Product Delivery is on time on time to meet customer business expectations
·Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Person Specification:
·Proven admin experience
·Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; Word and Excel, Power Point
·Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
·Accurate data recording skills
·Analytical and problem-solving skills
·Ability to multi task and prioritize effectively to agreed deadlines
·Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
·Organized and Self - Motivated
·Work well under pressure and use own initiative
