MAM ISS - (Major Account Manager Inside Sales)

Harlow based with occasional travelSummary of Position

Responsible for delivering assigned sales results & revenue targets into key Major Account Manager accounts by effectively planning and executing sales process and activities focused on both existing and conquest clients & renewing existing contracts, cross selling new solutions into existing accounts and winning conquest clients.

The MAM ISS will partner with a team of field MAMs and Product Specialists driving sales through the telephone and other technology channels, to engage key clients within the assigned client segment.

Key Accountabilities

Achieve sales revenue targets in order to deliver a minimum of the annual sales quota

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience - set the proper expectations throughout the sale, understand the client's business needs, close the business with appropriate collaboration, ensure accurate client order processing and follow-through of installation and post-sale client care.

Client Relationships - improve the retention rates of existing Pitney Bowes clients to ensure we maximise client potential and share of wallet and minimise client cancellations.

Partner with Field based Major Account Managers & Product Specialists to Serve Clients through the identification of client needs & solutions that enables delivery of the "right" solutions for all client types.

Ensure Client Relationship Management (CRM) processes and data are followed and maintained- responsible for all aspects of managing business metrics, reporting, tracking and documentation through the (CRM) system. Experience required

Experience working within a solution based sales role

Strong successful personal sales history involved in account development and effective cross-selling to fully penetrate sales opportunities with existing and competitive accounts

Strong communication skills

Ability to maintain and manage the sales process with a large number or accounts, maintaining contacts and continuing to follow-up on the sales status and process

Ability to build existing relationships with accounts to optimise retention

Planning & Organisation

Ability to work with multiple sales resources to assist where required - i.e., Solutions Technical Support

Proven use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolsDimension of the Position

Reports to Position Title: Inside Sales Manager, with dotted line into Field Sales Director

Scope of Responsibility:

Relationship and Retention Management for assigned purchase, leasing and rental clients, within the MAM account structure

Predominant focus on larger business clients, typically with a single/multi-site product installations,

Provides end-to-end client experience for orders in the region of $1k-10k, within the MAM account structure

Acts as client manager and escalation point for client care questions and queries
