Are you looking to take the next step within recruitment? Here are Pole to Win we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to come and join us to support us in taking our recruitment to the next level. You will be focused on head hunting and other areas to where we can recruit the best talent for our positions, you will give a first class recruitment service to all candidates whilst maintaining a strong pipeline to ensure project and Company success.

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

· Creating and posting of advertisement for recruitment purposes.

· Analysing and screening CV’s of potential candidates.

· Arranging initial phone interviews and conducting face to face or Skype interviews with candidates.

· Arranging the testing of candidates, overseeing the evaluation process and closing candidates. when necessary.

· Cold calling and hunting candidates from job boards.

· Keep recruitment database up to date.

· Building and maintaining a strong pool of candidates.

· Provide excellent candidate and employee support.

· Scheduling off site recruiting events, such as job fairs, university connections etc.

Requirements

· Must have experience working within recruitment.

· Recruitment experience in a high volume fast paced environment.

· Experience head hunting, sourcing or cold calling potential candidates from job boards.

· Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manners.

· High proficiency in English.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.

· Excellent computing skill using Microsoft Office.

· Interest in video games industry is desirable or within Translation/ Localisation.
