The Role

This role is a junior level digital marketing role as affiliate marketing assistant. The current focus lies on the UK affiliate market with potential for international affiliate marketing in future. As the candidate develops there may also be additional scope to manage the display/retargeting activity across channels including Facebook.

Define and develop a clear affiliate marketing strategy with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager Manage relationships with the affiliate network (Rakuten LinkShare) as well as direct affiliate partners Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity Negotiate favourable deals for commissions and placements with publishers Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners – particularly in the premium content space Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all affiliate partners and display activity Investigate and resolve any drops in publisher performance Stay up to date with the latest affiliate and display marketing trends Budgeting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Ensure all ROI and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships Good technical knowledge of affiliate tracking, product feeds & Google Analytics Strong written, verbal & numerical skills – including presenting and reporting Strong partnership management and negotiation skills Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Creativity in problem solving and curiosity about what competitors and customers are doing in the shifting digital landscape Must be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with smart highly motivated co-workers About You

You have at least 1-2 years of experience in the affiliate industry (preferably on network side managing footwear or premium fashion clients) with a strong knowledge and first-hand experience of affiliate platforms and strong relationships in the industry.
