Procurement Officer - Enfield - Contract

STR Group are recruiting for a Procurement Officer to join a local authority in Enfield.

We are looking for a someone to join the team in the role of Procurement Officer to provide support on a portfolio of complex contracts, supporting the effective delivery of Procurement Strategies across the business and the delivery of efficiency savings.

Experience needed

* Public Sector and or Construction specific procurement experience

* Knowledge of the EU Procurement Legislation, the Public Contract Regulations and local authority procurement.

* Planning and reviewing the delivery of services

* Experience of undertaking spend analysis and reporting findings

We are looking for enthusiastic, team players with a 'can do' approach, able to act on your own initiative, plan workloads and manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
