We’re looking for a talented, UX-focused content strategist to join our Group Marketing team. Along with marketers, solution architects, engineers, and designers, you’ll shape the future of Qualitest’s content strategy targeted to our clients, prospects, and recruitment candidates around the world.

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for developing compelling content and copy that embodies Qualitest’s evolving brand, voice, and tone and to provide content strategies to targeted audiences and for industry thought leadership. This role is focused beyond clear and concise writing. We're looking for team members who can examine our clients’ pain points and think through what, when and where messages will enhance our industry while supporting organizational business objectives.


Extensive content strategy/UX writing experience Excellent, highly creative communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to conceptualize and write effectively for a global audience with minimal direction Experience developing style guides and writing content for technical content preferred

Experience working closely with UX/Digital design teamsUnderstanding of accessibility and localization best practices preferred Experience with html and/or Wordpress a plus Experience developing and analyzing content in digital environments such as: content audits, content strategy recommendations, persona assessments, taxonomy efforts, and applied usability learnings Must be articulate and inspire commitment to a higher standard Portfolio of writing samples Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, HCI, or a related field Responsibilities

Define and develop content strategies, content and copy solutions for initiatives that support website experiences, emails, cross device messaging and promotional digital assets (social media, blogs, video, etc.) Create high quality content that aligns to business objectives, as well as brand standards, and voice/tone guidelines Develop and maintain cross-channel editorial calendar Partner with Digital Marketing for the distribution and promotion of targeted content to appropriate audiences Support development and contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of Qualitest Digital Content Style Guide standards, including terminology, voice, and tone Work well in fast-paced hybrid agile approach, remote and cross-functional environments Collect and synthesize thought leadership and case study ideas from customers and cross-functional peers, including Knowledge & Innovation, People & Talent, and Delivery. Become proficient in the Qualitest’s solution sets, sectors, tools and regions and related processes Manage multiple projects and competing priorities Pitch, propose and develop new content ideas Benefits
