Customer Services Fluent Spanish & French Speaker

Do you have fluent Spanish & French language skills and are looking for a career role in the UK?

Our client is an international success story and operate their European Support Centre from St Neots, Cambridgeshire.  The centre supports all the main European countries. They are currently looking for Bilingual Spanish and French Speakers, for Customer Service Administrator roles. These are NOT sales roles. 

The Customer Service Administrator will speak exclusively with the Spanish and French customers; take service calls; resolve customer queries from order, delivery and to payment; ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached either by phone or in writ

The successful candidate needs to have the following skills and abilities:

- ·Enthusiasm for delivering excellent Customer Service

- ·Fluency in both oral and written Spanish, French and English

- ·Excellent communication skills and IT skills

- ·Ability to solve problems and show initiative

- ·Is looking for learning, continuous improvement and growth within the company

- ·Has a positive and flexible approach to work

- ·Is able to build good relationships with customers and colleagues within the company

Candidates must be able to relocate to the St Neots, Cambridgeshire /Bedford /Luton area. An excellent relocation package is offered when relocating from outside the area, along with support and assistance.
