Description:
Our Northampton based client is currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their growing and diverse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with excellent communication and administrative skills and the desire to develop and build new business relationships.

Duties Include:

* To successful build and maintain rapport with new and existing customers

* To identify new business opportunities on a business to business basis

* Accurate completion of various administrative duties

* Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using various internal systems

* Acknowledge customer orders and communicate any changes or issues as required

* Updating the internal customer database system to ensure all customer information is accurate and updated at all times

* Ensuring all ISO procedures are up to date

* Working closely with the management team to ensure all customers are receiving the highest level of service and all customer accounts are growing as predicted

* Complete various reports as per the managers requirements

* Occasionally attend customer meetings to build rapport and review service requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated

* Experience working within a sales roles

* Willingness to learn and develop

* Full UK Driving Licence

* IT Literate with good typing skills

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Working experience of Navision software

* Knowledge of ISO9001 systems.

* An interest in electronics or engineering
