We are looking for a confident and customer focused individual to join our fast-paced team providing an excellent service to our members within our Customer Service Center.

If you are a strong customer service advisor with a background of working in a fast paced Contact Center and are able to process data and answer calls and emails proficiently this is the role for you! In this role you’ll: Act as the first line telephone contact for incoming calls from existing or potentially new members taking ownership of the query Receive and process applications for membership Process subscription payments Process the departments incoming and outgoing mail Be the main point of contact for designated key suppliers Requirements

As a hands-on Membership Adviser, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

substantial experience of dealing with customer queries both by telephone and email a confident and persuasive telephone manner excellent verbal and written communication skills a strong customer focus an ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines If you would like an informal discussion about the role please contact Stefan Spencer on who will happily talk you through the role and life at IOSH.
