A leader with a sense of urgency and the capacity to develop a team and create successors Passionate with demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results Strong in influencing and convincing at various levels of the organisation Able to manage and work in a complex multinational organisation and operate within a matrix structure Capable to identify and deliver change and manage stakeholders An expert in the field of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc) Deeply experienced in warehouse management systems Knowledgeable regarding how operating costs impact the P&L and Balance Sheet with a commercial acumen Experienced in delivering complex change programmes, including project and stakeholder management Experienced in leading sizeable teams (approx. 20+) Able to demonstrate a proven track record , approx. 5 + years in supply chain management, specifically Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Working closely and on a daily basis with the UK team, you will further be part of the wider EMEA Operations team reporting into the Regional Operations Director Northern Europe

Lead the Supply Chain organisation, developing the teams and acting as a role model for Aliaxis Values and Behaviours Support the organic sales growth and the return on sales objectives of the EMEA business Develop the service charter for the supply chain to customer, with the input of the Marketing & Commercial teams Lead the process for the Country Sales and Operations Planning cycle and the interface with the Commercial and Manufacturing teams Be accountable for the volume forecast and the subsequent MRP conversion into the purchasing of raw materials and components proposals and the site production proposals. Establish the right stock policy by ensuring the right MRP parameters are set Have the ownership for the Finished Goods and Purchased for Sale inventory including the setting and reviewing of inventory targets and MRP parameters Lead the warehouse and distribution operations, championing customer service performance (OTIF) In conjunction with the EMEA Supply Chain Function initiate and champion projects in supply chain that lead to improvements in customer service and/or inventory reduction Ensure Health and safety programs are deployed and implemented across the site in order to drive accident free workplace Drive Environmental Goals by ensuring waste, energy and emissions reduction If this makes your heart beat quicker WHY NOT CONSIDER ALIAXIS for your next career move?
