My client is an award winning residential developer who build a variety of homes from bespoke detached to high rise apartments, focusing on both the quality of the build as well as an exceptional finish.

Due to a continually growing business and having secured more projects my client is currently seeking a Site Manager to join the team.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the site. You will be accountable for all sub-contractors on site as well as delivering the project on time and solving any issues that arise on site.

My client is seeking a Site Manager with a minimum of 5+ years experience working in a similar capacity within the construction sector. You will ideally have experience working on major residential new build projects and a strong character with the ambition to progress will be looked on extremely favourably.
