A vacancy has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our Residential team throughout our 5 network branches. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join DDM Residential. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the senior management team, you would assist in managing an already successful department and moving it on to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

 Working with the teams to help generate leads, identifying new opportunities, networking and building new long-term relationships

 When needed, carry out market appraisals on residential/ letting properties and converting them into new instructions

 Working to targets, including conversion rates and fees

 Monitoring the local market and competitor activity

 Growing and sustaining the company's reputation by delivering a high level of customer service; maintaining regular contact with customers and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner

 To ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and deliver quality and consistent service as promised to customers.

 To provide positive and motivational team leadership. Work with the teams to generate revenue for the Company

 To develop all opportunities for cross-selling the company’s full range of products to customers

About you:

 You must have previous experience in Estate Agency, minimum level of Senior Negotiator status.

 Target orientated with a proven track record of achievement.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.

 Ability to work to strict deadlines and to remain calm and professional at all times.

 You must have a full (preferably clean) driving licence.

Salary & Location: Depending on experience: Vacancies to cover the whole of North Lincolnshire within our branch network.
