Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our clients busy independent Estate Agency based in Golders Green. The successful candidate will be joining a highly experienced and professional team.

The role will include the following:

* Registering potential tenants & landlord

* Arranging viewings & valuation appointments

* Attending viewings

* Negotiating offers

* Progression applications

* Referencing potential tenants

* Achieving pre-agreed targets

The Senior Lettings Negotiator requires the following:

* Minimum 12 months Lettings experience

* Self-motivated

* Enthusiastic & hard-working

* Excellent written communication & numerical skills

* A commitment to providing excellent customer service

* UK driving licence & own car is essential!

Our client is offering the following package:

* Basic £17,000 - £19,000 pa DOE

* OTE £35,000 - £40,000 pa

* Excellent career progression onto Management!
