#TeamGuidant are now on the lookout for a Lead Compliance Administrator to to provide quality On-boarding and Pre-Employment administration services and to manage the On-Boarding Process for Guidant's client base. The role will involve processing all requests for criminal record checks, employment references, Right to Work and all other Pre-employment screening checks as required. The role will involve liaising with Recruiting/Hiring Managers, Resource Consultants and Candidates ensuring a high level and quality of service is achieved at all times to ensure all candidates receive a seamless On-boarding experience as well as driving results within the current team.

You will need excellent administration and organisational skills -ideally with experience of pre employment screening. You will need to be results driven and have the right skills and enthusiasm to drive results and moitvate team members.
