Full Time - 8 month FTC

Salary - £48,000 - £50,000

A leading and prestigious professional services company in Northampton are looking for an experienced Manager to join their Pensions and Benefits team. This is initially an 8 month fixed term contract but there is potential for it to become permanent. Duties include:

* You will lead, engage and develop the Benefits and Pensions team

* You will create a high performance culture which attracts and retains the best people who love what they do and are passionate about delivering a distinctive client service

* You will ensure best practice and administration compliance with HMRC and Pensions Regulator legislation, in conjunction with EBC (employee benefits consultancy) and Finance

* You will align administration processes to meet current and future Policy requirements, as determined by the Reward and Policy team's strategy and changing regulatory requirements

* You will work alongside the key decision makers at a tactical level to implement change

* You will review current processes and look into identifying new areas of development that will align with market best practice and the firm's desire to retain and reward talented individuals

* You will coach and develop Team Leaders

The ideal candidate:

* Experience in working at a Manager level in Reward and Benefits

* You will have experience in dealing with UK pension issues and schemes

* You will have experience in people management

* You will have strong numerical and verbal critical reasoning

* You will have good interpersonal skills
