Monday - Friday - 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm

Salary - Competitive

Our large logistics client based in Northampton are looking for an experienced logistics Administrator to assist in the smooth running of their outbound operations in response to customer requests and network standards in a cost effective and efficient manner, maximising profit whilst not compromising quality and service.

Key Duties:

* Customer EDI data processing

* Driver debriefing

* Collation and processing of labels & delivery notes

* Preparation and despatch of trunk vehicles

* Administration and processing of shipment details and transport documents

* Cost accrual and processing of purchase invoices

* Liaison with other departments in Northampton and the UK as well as other branches in the Network ensuring good working relations

* Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures

* Maintain quality standards and efficiently respond to customer and network requests

* Ensure that profit is maximised at all opportunities without compromising quality

To be successful in this role you must have:

* Previous experience working in a logistics environment

* Good geographical knowledge

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

* Be used to working in a fast paced environment

* Be able to work individually
