Would you like to define and drive the digital strategy for Camelot across all of our digital touchpoints? We currently have more than 11 million registered players, and you can help to architect strategic plans to grow audiences and sales in the digital space across Camelot’s products (EuroMillions, Lotto, ThunderBall, Subscription products, HotPicks and Instant Win Games) whilst building brand advocacy across both the registered digital and retail player base. You will also oversee the digital adoption of personalisation across inbound and outbound channels moving from broadcast to personalised omni-channel experiences.

How you'll make a difference

We are about to embark on our most ambitious two year digital development and campaign roadmap to ensure we deliver a first class player experience across all digital touchpoints. The Head of Digital Experience will lead this brand new team who’s key focus is building positive and personalised experiences across all digital touchpoints.

What you'll bring to the table

You will successfully transform our digital marketing activity from one size fits all to segmented and personalised experiences across key digital touchpoints including web, app, outbound channels and paid digital media. You will take on new CRM and onsite personalisation capabilities and deliver digital sales driving player focused initiatives. You will successfully deliver a new brand architecture across all digital touchpoints with your in-house digital design team working with the Head of UX and Design. You will oversee the successful delivery of our most ambitious two year app and web development roadmap ensuring your team of experienced product owners deliver positive innovative experiences for new and current players working collaboratively with the Head of Digital Projects and Service Delivery.
