We have a vacancy for an IT Support Apprentice to support the use of technology and IT related systems in order for the trust to maximise the effectiveness of the digital roadmap for the employees, tenants and external stake holders.

You will be assisting in the day to day business support operations for end users. This will include installation, configuration and desk side support for the IT users at the organisation.

To be successful, you will be a good communicator with a keen interest in technology and ability to assist end users in the use of IT to carry out their activities. Keen attention to detail and accurate record keeping is required to maintain the relevant inventory documents. You will be a team player but will also be able to organise and priorities your workload.

Experience of working on Microsoft operating system platforms and a good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of applications are essential, while knowledge of audio visual equipment would be an advantage.
