We are seeking to appoint a friendly and approachable individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills to provide support in the pastoral department and on student reception. The person will work closely with the Attendance Officer in all matters of attendance and will also support the academy’s behaviour management and Ruskin Rewards and Baccalaureate programmes.

The successful applicant will have GSCE English and Maths Grade C or equivalent and be proficient in the use of IT systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel. A knowledge of SIMS, our student information management system, would be advantageous. The role will also include administering first aid to students and staff at the academy, therefore a First Aid at Work qualification, or willingness to work towards this, is essential.
