B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex. This is an exciting time to be joining B3Living. Our Board has been reviewing the purpose of our organisation and is currently working to revise and define what we do to make the most impact on the housing crisis locally.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant to be the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring that responses are delivered in a prompt and professional way, so as to promote a positive image of B3Living and the HR team.

In this role, you will support line managers with recruitment administration, including maintaining the online system, coordinating interviews and assessments, participating in interviews where required and carry out HR inductions for new staff.

Further to this, you will administer employee benefits, monitor absence, record sickness and support the monthly payroll process.

Our ideal candidate will have good interpersonal, written and verbal skills with excellent attention to detail. Ideally, you will have a CIPD qualification and payroll experience, however, this is not essential. You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and

manage conflicting demands.
