We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our Learning Disabilities team to assist the Service Manager in providing a high quality and professional service across multiple sites. You will assist in the day to day running of these services, inspiring teams of care professionals to ensure tenants receive appropriate support and care in order for them to maintain their independence, safety and individuality. You will work with tenants to encourage them to develop life skills, attend social activities and work on their dreams and aspirations.

In order meet the operational needs you will need to:

· Lead, inspire and manage unique teams successfully.

· Plan, prioritise and manage your workload efficiently.

· Work well under pressure.

· Communicate effectively.

· Work flexibly, which may include working days, evenings, weekends public holidays and on-call duties.

· Monitor and work to agreed budgets.

A full driving licence and a QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to complete this within 1 year is essential for this role.
