£9.50 per hour, EVERY HOUR IS PAID

Approximately £50 per week in TIPS, variable

We are seeking motivated Chef de Parties for this group of traditional village pubs, every single one serving fresh, seasonally changing, British pub food - with some contemporary twists. It goes without saying that wherever possible, we use local producers and suppliers giving you the opportunity to cook some amazing fresh food.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

Hourly Paid ? £9.50 per hour, clock in system Excellent tips around £2500 per annum approximately Countryside locations, all commutable from Leicester Relaxed & Friendly Team Workplace Pension Scheme These positions would ideally suit an existing Chef De Partie or an established Commis Chef with the drive and passion to make a difference within a small pub group. Reporting to the Head Chef, this represents a significant career opportunity for the right chef. At the moment we are small collection of 5 pubs based in Woodhouse Eaves, Wymeswold, Old Dalby, Rothley and Church Langton. Our intention is to expand the business further in Leicestershire.

Your responsibilities will include:

Second-to-none, exceptional food service - taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service Maintaining high standards of cleanliness Assisting the Head / Sous Chef in all aspects of stock control Ensuring the safety, security and appropriate storage, labelling and dating of all food stock in accordance with appropriate legislation and company policy Involvement in the menu development process - assisting the Head Chef with selection and costing Previous experience in these areas is essential. You must be fluent in English and eligible to live and work in the UK and have the flexibility to work varied shifts.
