We are seeking customer service professionals who know all about delivering great service. If this sounds like you and you want to earn £10.31 per hour (after probationary period), then a role in our East Midlands Airport Security & Car Park teams could be waiting for you.

Due to our continuous growth, we are now able to offer permanent 21-hour contracts on a four on and four off shift pattern with the occasional variation to five on and three off during peak times.

About You

✈ Applicants must be aged 21+ & hold a full UK Driving License with no more than 3 points.

✈ Customer Facing Experience

✈ ‘Can do’ attitude

✈ Passion for delivering first-class customer service

✈ 5 year checkable history

✈ Perfect colour vision

✈ Ability to spend long periods of standing, bending and walking

✈ Resident within the UK for a minimum of 3 years

About the Role

✈ Hand searching of passengers and staff and their hand luggage

✈ Operating high-tech equipment such as x-rays and observing screens

✈ Patrolling different parts of the Airport site

✈ Checking staff ID cards and passenger boarding cards before entering the security area

✈ Parking of passenger vehicles

✈ Meeting and greeting passengers at the car park reception desk

The Contract

✈ 21 hour permanent annualised hour contracts; you will be consistently paid for 21 hours

per week (payable monthly), however, in our busier months you may work an average of

30 hours per week with a decrease in working hours in quieter months This does not

affect your salary which is paid consistently at 21 hours per week despite the hours you

may work

✈ £8.43 p.h. rising to £10.31 p.h. on successful completion of 6 month probationary period

✈ 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with variation when operations require to 5 on / 3 off

✈ 6 hour shifts, earlies and lates for example 3am to 9am, 2pm to 8pm
