Account Director

The Account Director is responsible for one of the existing Strategic or Growth account within the UK Public Sector (Home Office) of Mastek’s.

Business Model

Mastek operates two core sales teams, a “New Acquisition” team responsible for acquiring new accounts and a team of “Account Directors” responsible for retaining the committed revenues and in expanding Mastek’s presence within these accounts.

The UK Public Sector is the engine room of Mastek’s UK sales operations and you will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing revenues within your specified accounts. Breaking into new service lines (as set out below) will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and owning the account growth strategy for the specified account(s). Retaining the existing committed revenues. Growing the existing revenues and expanding into new Service Lines relative to Mastek’s capabilities. Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities. Act as a coach and partner to CXO's in helping them develop strategies leveraging global sourcing and establish Mastek’s as a tough leader and preferred partner to their organizations Stay tuned to market and competition, participate in trade events, conferences, and customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developing contextual offerings that will help differentiate Mastek in the market place. Meet and exceed sales revenue, order book and GM targets. Essential Skills and Experience

10+ Years sales experience with 5 + years within the UK Public Sector with relevant experience in managing Home Office or any other central government accounts Hands on experience in RFP/RFI and in meeting aggressive sales quotas and targets. Experience of DOS and GCloud Experience in handling the complete sales cycle. Willingness to travel throughout the UK. Personal attributes

Outstanding social and interpersonal skills you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and develop long term business relationships.
