Data Scientist Python

A software house based in Cambridge is looking for a Data Scientist to join them. Degree educated the role will draw upon your research expertise. It’s going to suit someone who has thrived during their studies and now looking for a more commercial part.

You’ll be a capable Python developer, enjoy research teams. Feel comfortable working amongst mathematicians, scientists, statisticians and other Data Science colleagues. It’s a dynamic and highly collaborative mix of people, skills, cultures and makes this such a high performing company.

The mix of technologies used includes: Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Postgres, Redis, Lucene. The product is used by scientists around the work to make better decisions, and future iterations will include Machine Learning and AI projects.

A medical, pharma, scientific background would be useful, although not essential.

Essential: Maths, Stats and Python.

Desired: Research background, Scientific
