About the role:

We are looking for an organised and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Education Publishing team in achieving its ambitious publishing plans. You will bring to bear your organisational skills on a range of systems, workflows and diaries to ensure the smooth operation of the team’s commissioning process. This role is perfect for anyone who can think and work independently and bring their experience of managing business processes to add value to our busy and friendly team.

This role is open to flexible and part time working.

About you:

You will be a great team player who can communicate confidently with internal and external colleagues. You will be keen to complete tasks on time and to a high standard and be empowered to make suggestions for improvements to our processes.

You will have demonstrable experience of working with digital systems and be competent in Microsoft Office and email. You will have a professional and positive attitude and be able to shift gears to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.
