DLP Cyber Security Analyst - Data Loss, CASB, SIEM, Splunk, PCI, PHI

ECS Security are seeking a contract Cyber Security Analyst with strong DLP experience to join a team responsible for triaging security alerts and responding to security incidents linked to DLP. The ideal candidate will have the ability to break down, gain insight into, and analyse, complex problems in a security environment.

The role will be based on our client's site in Hertfordshire.

Requirements

Essential Experience

Strong background working as a Cyber Security Analyst within an enterprise / global organisation Recent DLP experience Good knowledge of DLP policies (and ideally CASB) along with rules around PCI, PHI, PII etc Ability to utilise playbooks, checklists and online resources for guidance in response to incidents Data governance framework experience (confidentiality of all data owned by or controlled by an organisation) Familiarity with cyber security and DLP policies, cyber controls and broader understanding of cyber security tools Broad knowledge of general and security technology and standards, such as server security, firewalls, networks, TCP/IP, encryption Desirable Experience

Experience with SIEM tools (ideally Splunk) Office 365 Security & Compliance Knowledge and appreciation of ISO 27001/2 best practices Ability to maintain an information security risk dictionary / catalogue Understanding of security risk analysis techniques Jira knowledge Benefits
