Description:
ECS Security is looking to recruit an IAM Consultant who will be responsible for engaging the application teams to understand their current IAM position and processes with a view to engaging with and guiding those teams through the process of integrating/on-boarding applications fully to the client's IAM system.

You will be involved in:

Providing guidance on the outcomes of onboarding; what the change means from an operational perspective and why the change is required Agreeing the technical method for onboarding with the owning team – which requires a good level of technical understanding of APIs and SQL Gathering required information from application teams to enable the IAM Engineering team to complete onboarding. Tracking the progress of engaged teams through the engagement pathway to onboarding; managing the onboarding pipeline with the onboarding Team Lead to maximise throughput; reporting on progress regularly to Security Governance and the Head of Product. Suggesting improvements and refinements to the onboarding process in order to increase throughput. This role will be working on our client's site in Hertfordshire.

Requirements

Extensive previous experience of application onboarding to IAM Strong experience in application integration to IAM systems, specifically for enterprise applications with complex authorisation schemes (eg split role and data access) A strong practical understanding of IAM key concepts and their application, including: User entitlement reviews/attestation, access request best practice and authentication and authorisation An ability to understand and agree any technical changes required to integrate to the IAM system A good understanding of GDPR requirements related to Identity and Access Management Ability to work with other teams (in person and remote) to explain changes required, guiding them through to successful implementation Experience working on enterprise level cyber security projects Working experience of single sign-on common protocols (SAML, LDAP, OIDC) and their implementation.
