£21,000 + OTE £28,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

My client is a market leading manufacturer and distributor who are looking to expand their internal sales team with an experienced Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

About the Role:

* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services

* Answer questions about products, pricing or the company

* Explain product pricing and negotiate bulk or package pricing

* Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing purposes

* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

* Enter and update customer information in the database Maintains working knowledge of products

* Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Essential Skills & Experience

* Experience within a similar Business Development, Sales, Sales Executive Telesales is essential

* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

* Attention to Detail, Ability to Track Leads, Accuracy, Patience, Motivation, High Energy, Ability to Meet Goals, Data Entry, Product Knowledge, Organisation.
