Overview of Warranty Administrator:

Provide administrative support within the Dealer Support team including boat handover, warranty claim input, and invoice processing

Main duties of Warrant Administrator:

- Administer and record all handover documentation prior to release of Warranty Certification.
- Work with Sales Department to ensure new boat files are complete and archived correctly, and archived files are updated/ maintained as required.
- Processing warranty claims to ensure all new claims are input and acknowledged within the agreed service level agreement.
- Timely administration of all shipping and 3% party supplier invoices, allocating to the correct accounts.
- Provide dealer support and education during claims processing.
- Provide claim details and boat histories as requested by members of the team or Dealer Support for research purposes and field engineering trip preparation.
- Timely administrative processing of all dealer warranty invoices and allocation to correct accounts. Accurate data recording and management of all 'on hold' dealer invoices.
- Carry out department filing duties as required, for example claims and boat file (soft and hard copy) updates to be done on a daily basis.
- Provide support and cover for all tasks within the Dealer Support Team, as requested by your line manager

Requirements for Warranty Administrator:

- Experience working in a commercial and administrative environment within the manufacturing or financial industry
- Professional and courteous attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be organised and able to prioritise a heavy, and changing, workload
- Ability to adapt, be flexible and operate well in a fast-paced environment
- An eye for detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Strong user of Microsoft Office suite
- Experienced Infor 10 Syteline user or other major MRP or ERP system
