Description:
Hales Group are seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to work for our successful client in the Gorleston area for a period of roughly 2-3 months.

You wil be responsible for providing a professional meet and greet service either in person or via the telephone.

The work would be Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm (Please note, there is no negotiation on these hours).

Main duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting visitors in reception

* Following visitors procedure where necessary

* Recieving all telephone calls and redirecting

* Taking messages where necessary

* Mail - recieve incomsing mail and distribute

* Administration duties - assisting with travel arrangements, diary management where needed

* Ordering products where necessary - i.e stationary, meeting arrangements etc

Other details;

- Monday - Friday

- 1pm - 5pm every day

- £8.21 per hour

- Temp - 2-3 months

- Immediate start
