We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to effectively lead our teams delivering landlord services to Suffolk Housing’s customers; ensuring high levels of performance outcomes and that services are compliant, efficient, consistent in approach, cost-effective and customer focussed.

Within this role, you will lead on ensuring that risks are proactively identified and managed, provide professional guidance and support to team members and peers and manage budgets through good use of data and robust monitoring; spend controls and forecasting are in compliance with Financial Regulation and Procurement guidelines.

Proactive in your approach, you will develop and sustain appropriate and positive relationships with key stakeholders and take operational responsibility for overseeing all contract management activity related to estate services in accordance with the contract and standards.

We are looking for a motivated individual with the ability and experience in providing leadership to a diverse team and motivating them to deliver excellent outcomes. You must have a flexible approach to working hours with the ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role.
